This can be a fatal situation.
How to maintain blood sugar level
Avoid sweet food.
Keep weight under control.
Eat green leafy vegetables, whole grains.
Avoid junk food and ultra processed food.
Exercise for half an hour daily.
Do not smoke and drink alcohol.
Make sure to get enough sleep.
Do yoga and meditation to manage stress.
